Today we arrived in Florence, Oregon to spend the week here. It is a pretty park but we had a very hard time getting satellite reception. We moved to about 4 or 5 spots before we finally found one where we had to move the motorhome forward and back before we finally got reception. YEAH!!!!!
The spot was really nice and grassy and we had a good place to take daisy for her walks. No WIFI, we had to go to the clubhouse to use the computers.

We drove to Eugene for the day. On the way up there we stopped at a few covered bridges and then Ron wanted to stop and check out new motorhomes. I really want one that has a fireplace in it. Here are a couple of bridges we saw. I love to look at them and I even drove over one. Yeah me.... They were on the road to Eugene, Or from Florence Or.
DEADWOOD BRIDGE
CANT REMEMBER THIS BRIDGE'S NAME
NELSON BRIDGE
We we went thru this cool tunnel. I love to go thru these, unless they are under water then I get kinda nervous.. hehe
When we were in Eugene, we ate at this restaurant called Morgan's Country Kitchen. Here is my dinner. It was super good.
Well, I have to go now, will finish another day later...
wish you were here....

Looks like you're having a ball. Wish I was there too. We've had incredibly hot and humid weather here in Arkansas. Can't wait to hit the road in 6 days and go north for the rest of the summer. Safe Travels!
ReplyDeletethanks sweetie, it has been just wonderful on the coast. We have enjoyed this so much. If you ever get a chance to travel hwy 101 up the coast do it because it is a beautiful trip. I know you are so excited about hitting the road there you will find cooler weather. Maybe one day we will meet each other on the road.
