Another beginning

     I haven't posted in 3 years, but now I will start posting again.  We will be back on the road full time in less than 2 weeks.  We are so excited to get back travelling again, we have missed it so much.  We came back home to Oklahoma for 2 years and decided we just had to do it again.  This is such a pleasurable experience for Ron and I.  We will miss our children, grandchildren and great grandchild so much but this is just something we want to do for as long as the good Lord gives us the chance to do it.
   
     We have done a lot of updates to our motorhome that has made it more us.  We painted the inside, put tile above the counter in the kitchen and above the sink in our bathroom.  Ron added a fireplace under the tv in the living room and that was the main thing I wanted for a long time.  Now we can enjoy the heat from it on cool mornings or just the ambience from the flames any time I want...     Ron and our oldest son took out the dining room table and made an awesome desk for us to work at or eat on.  I love it--it is exactly what I had in mind.  I took my fancy dining room chairs and painted them and reupholstered them to make them my style.  Took down all the valances and made curtains for all the windows.  My theme in the front area is Route 66, cause we want to travel it eventually.  I took down my headboard on the bed and found a vinyl saying I liked and put that up.  Much better.
Then to complete my new bedroom, I got a new comforter I love and it is all ready.   It is all our style and our home on wheels.  IT IS OUR HAPPY PLACE

     The people will lease our house for 3 years and they will move in July 1st.  We should be living in our motorhome around the 28th of the month.  Woohoo....cannot wait for that day to get here.    Our plans are to stay at Crossroads RV Park in Porter, Ok until the morning of the 3rd and we will take off then.   Let the journey begin...
